The CEO will oversee business performance, team development, customer relationships, and day-to-day operations while working closely with ownership.

Qualifications

Experienced operator with strong P&L, operations, and sales experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships with high-expectation clients.

Work Environment & Location

San Diego, California - hands-on leadership role.

Compensation

$180K base salary, 20% bonus, and equity ownership opportunity.
