Full-Time | Split-Site Schedule
BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician to support two property locations in Charlotte and Concord, NC. This is a floating role for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Work Schedule:
- Charlotte (28215): Monday & Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Concord (28027): Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Fridays: Split between both sites
- Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform general apartment maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Prepare units for new residents (turns/make-readies)
- Maintain curb appeal and assist with preventative maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications:
- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (required)
- Experience in multifamily maintenance preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Reliable transportation to travel between sites
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
