Full-Time | Split-Site Schedule

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician to support two property locations in Charlotte and Concord, NC. This is a floating role for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Work Schedule:

• Charlotte (28215): Monday & Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Concord (28027): Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Fridays: Split between both sites
• Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform general apartment maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Prepare units for new residents (turns/make-readies)
• Maintain curb appeal and assist with preventative maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards

Qualifications:

• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (required)
• Experience in multifamily maintenance preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Reliable transportation to travel between sites
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
