    Part-Time Athletic Trainer (ATC) – Secondary School

    Location: Lake Arrowhead, CA

    Schedule: ~15 Hours/Week | Monday–Friday (Afternoons & Evenings)

    Setting: Secondary School Athletics (Event & Practice Coverage)

    ATvantage is seeking a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer to support a local secondary school athletic program in beautiful Lake Arrowhead. This role offers consistent, predictable weekday hours—making it the ultimate fit for supplemental income, school/life balance, or maintaining your clinical skills on your own terms.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide primary care coverage for scheduled high school practices and athletic events.
    • Evaluate, triage, and manage athletic injuries, illnesses, and emergencies as they arise.
    • Serve as the on-site healthcare authority, communicating clearly with coaches, school staff, and parents.
    • Maintain quick, professional electronic documentation of injuries and care provided.

    What We Are Looking For

    • BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) in good standing.
    • Eligible to practice athletic training in the state of California.
    • Current CPR/AED certification.
    • Completed Mandated Reporter Training (or willing to complete upon hire).
    • Strong, independent decision-making and communication skills.
