Please Note: This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings only. We do not provide clinic-based services.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA in home and school settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Maintain professional communication with families, school staff, and your supervising BCBA
• Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for each client
• Follow all company policies and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

What You'll Need

Required:

• An active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• A compassionate, patient, and professional approach to working with children and families

Preferred:

• Two or more years of experience working with children
• Previous ABA therapy experience
