Certified Behavioral Technician

We are currently seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA home services to a client in the Lynnwood, WA area. This position will begin part-time over the summer and has the potential to grow into a full-time role (up to 40 hours per week) once the school year begins. We are looking for a team member who is reliable, adaptable, and open to a flexible schedule. The preferred start date for this position is as soon as possible.

Schedule:

• Summer (before school starts): Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM (approximately 20 hours per week)
• \n
• School year: hours can increase up to 40 hours per week
• \n
• Flexibility with scheduling is essential, as hours will shift once the school year begins
• \n
• Opportunity to take on additional clients in the Lynnwood area to build a full-time caseload

Responsibilities:

• \n
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• \n
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to the client
• \n
• Collect data accurately and consistently
• \n
• Collaborate with caregivers and clinical supervisors
• \n
• Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity at all times
• \n

Requirements:

• \n
• Flexibility and availability to increase hours when the school year begins in September (required)
• \n
• Reliable and consistent method of transportation (mandatory)
• \n
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory)
• \n
• Active CBT (required)
• \n
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• \n
• RBT credential preferred
• \n
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• \n

Compensation:

• $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience and credentials
