The Role

Our caregivers provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living while ensuring residents feel safe, respected, and valued. Through kindness, patience, and a friendly, professional approach, you’ll help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care and assistance with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Respond promptly to resident call systems and assess residents’ needs, obtaining additional assistance when necessary.

• Follow individualized service plans and established care procedures.

• Respect residents’ privacy, dignity, preferences, and independence.

• Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to help ensure residents receive appropriate meals.

• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the appropriate team members.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

• Demonstrate our commitment to service excellence by going above and beyond to create positive resident experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Arizona Assisted Living Caregiver Certification is required.

• Ability to obtain CPR, Level 1 Fingerprint Card, Pass an APS and Background Check

• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work effectively as a team, and independently where scheduled.

• Dependability, patience, and a commitment to resident safety and happiness is a must.

• A genuine love for seniors and a desire to serve first, and make a difference everyday.
