Key Responsibilities
Resident Care & Wellness
- Provide compassionate assistance and personal care while promoting independence and honoring resident choice.
- Conduct routine wellness monitoring and proactively respond to resident needs.
Health Support & Documentation
- Perform and record vital signs, blood glucose checks, and routine health assessments.
- Assist with toileting, incontinence care, mobility support, transfers, and use of assistive devices.
Activities of Daily Living
- Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and repositioning to ensure comfort and prevent complications.
- Provide dignified and compassionate end-of-life care when needed.
Medication & Nutritional Care
- Assist with medication management in alignment with certification and regulatory guidelines.
- Support residents with eating and hydration, including specialized feeding needs when applicable.
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification
- Valid Arizona Memory Care Certification
- Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
- TB test (provided if needed)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for serving older adults
Available Schedules
Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
