About the Role:
North Point Senior Homecare in Virginia Beach, VA is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregivers to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervisors
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current caregiver certification or CNA license in the state of Virginia
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a related caregiving setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with physical needs safely
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
