About the Role:
North Point Senior Homecare in Virginia Beach, VA is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregivers to join our growing team! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by providing personalized, in-home care that allows them to live safely and comfortably.



Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment
• Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
• Document and communicate changes in client condition to supervisors and family members

Requirements:

• Current caregiver certification or CNA/HHA license in the state of Virginia
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong understanding of senior care best practices and safety protocols
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
