The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining high clinical standards, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.This role focuses on patient evaluation, therapeutic treatment, documentation, and assisting with overall patient care while supporting the supervising chiropractor.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient evaluations, including initial evaluations, re-examinations, and Reports of Findings (ROF) in accordance with clinic protocols.Assess patient condition, treatment progress, and response to care.Clearly communicate clinical findings and treatment recommendations to patients.Ensure evaluations support medical necessity and continuity of care.Direct Patient CareProvide one-on-one patient treatment following established care plans.Perform therapies including:Manual therapyShockwave therapyKinesiology tapingTherapeutic modalitiesRehabilitation and corrective exercisesMonitor patient safety, comfort, and response throughout treatment.Modify treatment techniques within scope of practice and under provider guidance.Chiropractic Assistant CoverageWhen needed, provide support by performing Chiropractic Assistant responsibilities, including:Assisting patients with therapies and rehabilitation exercises.Recording vital signs and patient updates.Maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms.Monitoring patient safety and comfort.Supporting provider workflow and efficient patient flow.Patient Care CoordinationCollaborate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and administrative team members.Communicate patient progress and report any significant changes to the supervising provider.Educate patients on treatment plans, home care instructions, and follow-up recommendations.Encourage patient compliance to improve clinical outcomes.ProfessionalismDemonstrate professionalism, compassion, and integrity in every patient interaction.Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards.Adhere to attendance, dress code, and communication expectations.Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.QualificationsCurrent Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistant (CCPA) certification/licensure (required).Experience in chiropractic, rehabilitation, physical medicine, orthopedic, sports medicine, or multidisciplinary clinical settings is preferred.Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation techniques.Experience with EMR/EHR documentation systems.Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
