We're Hiring Certified Forklift Operators!
Join our team as a Certified Forklift Operator (Sit-Down) in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We're looking for safety-focused, reliable professionals with experience operating a sit-down forklift to help move, load, unload, and organize materials efficiently. This position offers opportunities for growth, teamwork, and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials
Transport products and inventory throughout warehouse and production areas
Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers
Stack, organize, and store inventory accurately in designated locations
Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and order preparation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse procedures
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Current forklift certification required
Previous forklift operating experience required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with warehouse inventory systems or RF scanners preferred
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
