We offer feasibility studies for investors to help our clients understand the likelihood of a proposed project's success in various aspects, including ROI and cash flow analysis, risk assessments, community reaction, and environmental impact.This expertise across several commercial real estate services enables our MAI designated appraisers to provide comprehensive valuation services for individual properties or portfolios of all sizes.RESPOSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Oversee the preparation and packaging of property-level financials, demographics, valuations, and other site-level informationMentor and manage team of analysts and senior analystsActively review the work of analysts and senior analysts and sign off on the accuracy of appraisals and reportsEvaluate and articulate local, regional, and macroeconomic trendsAbstract leases from various asset classesWork with and combine data from multiple data sourcesAnalyze lease and sales comparablesDetermine the highest and best use and relevant valuation methods for multiple assetsWork cross-functionally with team members to create accurate and timely appraisalsREQUIREMENTS: Strong analytical skills and attention to detailObtained Certified-General Appraisal License or within one year of obtaining4+ years of commercial property appraisal experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other third-party CRE tools such as CoStar requiredAble to effectively plan and manage deadlines for a timely report completionExperience managing a team of valuation and appraisal analystsExperience with winning business, prospecting, and engaging with new and existing clientsMAI or RICS designation preferredMust be authorized to work in the USBENEFITS: Immediate, Uncapped Earning PotentialCollaborative Team EnvironmentBrand New, State-of-the-Art OfficesCutting Edge TechnologyInnovative Training PlatformConsistently honored as one of the “Top 10 Best Commercial Real Estate Workplaces in the US”#J-18808-Ljbffr
