Overview:We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and those in need of assistance.
Duties:- Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing- Assist with mobility and transfers- Administer medication reminders- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients- Document client care activities and maintain accurate medical records
We have Live-ins and 2-, 4-, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts per day, as well as night shifts.Location: Freehold (Monmouth County), Marlboro (Surrounded areas of entire Monmouth County)
Skills:- Experience in home care or senior care is preferred- Knowledge of memory care and dementia care techniques is a plus- Ability to follow instructions from nurses and other healthcare professionals- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare team members- Compassion and empathy for individuals requiring assistance with daily activities- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Attention to detail in documenting medical information accuratelyRequirements:- Valid Driver License in the State of New Jersey- Valid Certified license for Home Health Aid by the State of New Jersey. - Valid Work Authorization to work in the United States.
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per-Diem (Hourly, Overnight, Weekends)
