• Valid state-approved Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or CNA certification, as applicable in New Jersey.

• Experience supporting personal care and activities of daily living.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Reliable transportation to client homes in and around Totowa, New Jersey.

• Prior home-care or caregiving experience is preferred.

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping.

• Provide medication reminders according to individual care plans.

• Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes to supervisors.

• Provide companionship while promoting client independence, dignity, and comfort.

• Follow established safety and infection-control procedures.
