    Qualifications:
    • Physical
    • PPD or Q-Gold or CXR
    • MMR (measles, mumps & rubella)
    • 2 Verifiable References 
    • HHA/CNA License 
    • 2 Forms of ID and SSC 
    • Flu Vaccine

    Responsibilities: 

    • Assist with daily living and essential activities 
    • Perform light housekeeping duties 
    • Bathing, Grooming, Dressing
    • Feeding and/or meal prep
    • Laundry, Bed Making, etc...
    • Assisting with Ambulation, range of motion, exercise 
    • Assist with medication
