Current Openings - Weekends & Evenings

• Morning Shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm, 7:00am-3:30pm

• Tuck-In Shift: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Your Role as a CHHA

• Provide compassionate personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance

• Prepare simple, nutritious meals based on patients'' dietary needs

• Maintain a clean and safe home environment

• Document all care using Celltrak

• Report patient condition updates to RN Case Managers

What You Need to Join Our Team

• Active NJ CHHA certification in good standing

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to travel throughout Monmouth County
