BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide one-on-one care for clients in senior living communities throughout Burlington and Camden Counties, NJ. This position is based out of our South Jersey Senior Living office.

As a BAYADA Home Health Aide, you''ll help adult and geriatric clients maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life while remaining in the place they call home. You''ll work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team that values your compassion, dedication, and commitment to exceptional care.

Responsibilities

As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with activities of daily living, including:

• Personal care, bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Oral feeding and medication assistance
• Safe transfers and ambulation, including the use of mechanical lifts
• Range of motion exercises
• Vital sign monitoring (temperature, pulse, and respiration)
• Light housekeeping and home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making
• Supporting clients'' comfort, independence, and overall well-being

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Successful completion of the BAYADA Competency Evaluation.
• Criminal background check and ability to meet all New Jersey state requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
• A compassionate, dependable professional who enjoys working as part of a caring team.

Additional Information:

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$26.00-$29.00 per point
