There are on-call shifts, with half-days after your rotation!You'll be visiting clients' homes, speaking with them about their heating and cooling needs, and then getting to work inspecting their systems. Once you've diagnosed the source of issues with heating and air conditioning equipment, you'll explain service options to the homeowner and gain their approval before completing the appropriate repairs, replacements, and maintenance services. We're looking for someone who can treat clients respectfully and independently complete high-quality work.
