Certified Maintenance Technician - EPA & CPO Required

Pay: $20-22/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Ready to put your maintenance expertise and leadership skills to work? BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor for a multifamily apartment community in Midland, TX.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can keep maintenance operations running smoothly, support the onsite team, and deliver quality service to residents. Both EPA and CPO certifications are required.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily maintenance operations, assign tasks, and support onsite maintenance staff.
• Prioritize and complete resident work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues.
• Coordinate apartment turns to ensure homes are move-in ready on schedule.
• Maintain pools and spas, including water testing, chemical balance, and equipment upkeep.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and well-kept buildings, grounds, and common areas.
• Monitor supplies and communicate maintenance needs to property management.
• Assist with emergency maintenance needs as required.

What You'll Bring

• Previous multifamily maintenance supervisory or leadership experience.
• Current EPA Type II or Universal certification - required.
• Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification - required.
• Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Ability to lead a team, delegate responsibilities, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Personal tools needed to perform maintenance duties.
• A dependable, professional approach and commitment to resident service.
