BG Staffing is hiring a Certified Maintenance Technician for a large 600+ unit student housing community. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking to demonstrate their skills and move into a permanent, full-time role.

We are seeking someone who can think critically, troubleshoot independently, and support a high-demand property environment.

What We're Looking For

• Certified Maintenance Technician with proven hands-on experience

• Strong background in HVAC troubleshooting-ability to:

• Diagnose issues

• Determine if repairs can be handled in-house

• Assess when a contractor is necessary

• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume property (600+ units)

• Dependable, team-oriented, and professional

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC systems issues

• Complete:

• Service/repair tickets

• Unit turns (Make Ready)

• Trash and community upkeep responsibilities

• Support overall property maintenance operations

• Work closely with site team to maintain efficiency and service standards
