Medication Associate

Pay: $20.25 per hour 
Additional $1.00/hour for active CNA license

We are seeking a Medication Associate to provide safe and compassionate medication assistance to our residents.

Schedule:

• Full-Time 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Part-Time 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Every other weekend required

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, administer, and accurately document oral, topical, and suppository medications
• Take and record resident vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure
• Administer PRN medications as directed
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain accurate Medication Administration Records, controlled substance logs, resident records, and Move N documentation
• Provide compassionate support while promoting resident safety and well-being

Requirements:

• Medication Associate certification is required
• Certification in insulin administration by a Certified Diabetic Educator is required
• Home Health Aide or CNA certification preferred
• CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred
