Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Pottstown, PA
Location: 13 Armand Hammer Blvd., Suite 100, Pottstown, PA 19464
Requirements:
CMA certification required
CCMA certification required
AHA BLS certification required
Endocrinology experience is a plus
Position Overview:
This position will support Dr. Somera Ali, Endocrinologist, with daily clinical and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Room patients and prepare them for appointments.
Assist with patient intake and clinical rooming procedures.
Support medication prior authorizations (PA) and related documentation.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, medications, and care-related needs.
Assist the provider and clinical team with day-to-day patient care and office operations.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow established clinical procedures.
