Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team for our Weight Loss Clinic. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various medical settings. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

- Perform clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, obtaining patient histories, and assisting with medical examinations

- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers

- Assist with medical procedures and treatments

- Provide patient education and instructions

- Perform basic life support measures when necessary

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Handle medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and coordinating referrals

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
