This is a temp-to-hire positionoffering a pathway to permanent employment within a respected community medicalgroup. This role is ideal for a clinical professional who enjoys a fast-pacedenvironment and is comfortable working across multiple office locations in theAtlanta metro area.

The Position:

As a Medical Assistant, you will provide critical clinicaland administrative support, ensuring an efficient and warm experience forpatients from check-in to check-out. You will work closely with physicians todeliver high-quality care in a specialty setting. We are looking for candidateswith strong foundational skills in outpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate patient intake by capturing vitals and updatingmedical histories in the EHR.

- Perform clinical procedures including blood draws(phlebotomy), EKGs, and point-of-care testing.

- Assist providers during physical exams and minor clinicalprocedures.

- Maintain a clean, sterile, and well-stocked clinicalenvironment.

- Manage administrative tasks such as lab follow-ups andprescription refills.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an outpatient,primary care, or urgent care environment.

- Active CMA or RMA credential (AAMA, AMT, NHA, orequivalent).

- Active BLS/CPR certification.

- Proficiency with EHR software (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Epic,or AthenaHealth).

- Strong phlebotomy and communication skills.

- Flexibility to travel between office locations in FultonCounty and DeKalb County based on the doctor's schedule.
