Are you a compassionate, certified clinical professional dedicated to helping vulnerable seniors lead healthy, dignified lives? We are seeking an adaptable and highly organized Medical Assistant Float for a full-time, clinic-facing contract position in North Hollywood.
In this dual-focus role, you will perform essential clinical and administrative duties within our primary care clinic, while also floating to support our on-site Specialty Care Providers. If you are an empathetic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for eldercare, we invite you to join our clinical team.

Calendar Management: Daily review of on-site specialist calendars to proactively fill open appointment slots and coordinate schedules with specialty coordinators.
Equipment & Supply Logistical Control: Maintain exam room stock, perform daily checks and logging for the Emergency Cart, and monitor the vaccine refrigerator temperature log.
Quality Assurance: Conduct required quality control checks on clinic lab equipment, manage participant sharps disposal containers, and maintain complete compliance logs.
