Position: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Location: Northbrook, Illinois 60062
Duration: 08/10/2026 – 11/01/2026
Schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation:$22/hour (W2 only)

Overview:

  • Support a busy outpatient clinic providing Primary Care, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, and Behavioral Health services.

  • Assist with patient intake, rooming, vital signs, and clinical support.

  • Perform phlebotomy and Point-of-Care Testing (POCT).

  • Assist with laboratory procedures and specimen collection as needed.

  • Support front office operations, including scheduling, answering phones, and patient check-in/check-out.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

  • EPIC experience is preferred.

Essential Requirements:

  • Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.

  • Previous experience in a busy outpatient or primary care clinic preferred.

  • Strong phlebotomy skills are required.

  • Experience performing Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) is required.

  • EPIC experience is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to provide outstanding patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
