    Job Description

    Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Support oncology providers with patient care. Administer injections, take vitals, and assist with procedures. Ensure accurate EMR documentation.

    Additional Job Description

    Education: High School diploma or GED

    Licenses: Certification: • Certified Medical Assistant in South Carolina with either: • American Medical Technologist (AMT) • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) • National Health career Association (NHA) • National Association of Healthcare Professionals (NAHP) • Medical Career Assessments (MedCA) • National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) • National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP) • Must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

    Basic Life Support (BLS) with American Heart Association (AHA) is required before seeing patients.
