Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for an immediate opening with a growing medical practice in Greensboro.
This role supports physicians and clinical staff by performing a mix of administrative and clinical duties to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
- Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vital signs (weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature)
- Document patient history, chief complaints, and screenings in medical records
- Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians and Nurse Practitioners during patient visits
- Perform routine clinical tasks, including phlebotomy, injections, dressing changes, and suture removal
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize equipment and exam rooms following procedures
- Maintain stocked exam rooms and properly dispose of contaminated materials
Administrative Duties
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Ensure labs, reports, and patient information are up to date prior to visits
- Handle phone calls, take messages, and assist with basic patient triage
- Complete paperwork, including documentation related to DME (Durable Medical Equipment)
Compliance & Operations
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with regulations
- Monitor and document required logs (refrigerator temps, medications, sterilization, etc.)
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
- Support overall office workflow and assist with additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
- Previous experience in a clinical or physician office setting preferred
- Strong clinical skills, including phlebotomy and injections
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
