About the role

LifeMD is actively seeking an experienced, adaptable full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our clinical team in a remote capacity (the office is centrally located in Greenville, SC and you must live outside of 50 miles to be considered for remote). Ideally, we are seeking candidates that sit in pacific or mountain standard time.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient appointments and maintaining communication to confirm future appointments • Documenting patient medical information and intake forms • Ensuring all related reports, labs and information is completed and available in the patients chart prior to their appointment • Performing data entry tasks to document patient records within database and maintaining patient charts • Answering and responding to patient questions and concerns in a timely manner • Recording vital signs • Corresponding with customer service representatives regarding patient questions • Performing other related duties as assigned or requested • Reporting directly to RN
