A multi-skilled professional clinical support member of the care team. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of patients during scheduled clinics through joint planning and problem solving within clinic and office staff. Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers, which include team members, patients, students, visitors, and vendors, by consistently exceeding the customer's expectations.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to complete training and/or clinical hours for CMA certification within one year of employment.
