    Certified Medical Assistant – Job Description

    Overview

    This role offers an opportunity to work as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary clinic. You will support primary care, physical therapy, chiropractic, and behavioral health services while using both your clinical and administrative skills to ensure smooth daily operations for patients and staff.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling, check‑in, and phone management
    • Room patients, obtain vitals, and prepare exam spaces
    • Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and point‑of‑care testing
    • Support providers across multiple service lines with procedures, documentation, and patient flow
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
    • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient daily operations

    Required Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential
    • Phlebotomy experience (1+ years)
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to multitask in a busy clinic setting
    • Comfort working with diverse patient populations and multiple healthcare disciplines

    Schedule & Shift Details

    • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
