Certified Medical Assistant - Notre Dame, IN

Currently we are searching for a Certified Medical Assistant for a contract role with an exceptional occupational healthcare organization based out of Notre Dame, IN.




·      Contract length: 14 weeks

·      Start date: 08-10-2026

·      Schedule: Monday 7am-5pm, Tuesday 8am-4pm, Thursday 7am-5pm and Friday 8am-6pm. This position would also require every 5th Saturday 8am-12pm.

·      Pay Rate Range: $24 -$26 an hour

·      Benefits: Weekly Pay / Medical / Dental / Vision

 

JOB DESCCRIPTION:

·      Primary Care location

·      Responsible for rooming Patients, referrals, phlebotomy, vitals, EKGs, injections, and point of care testing

·      Additional job duties include:

·      Immunizations and vaccine schedules

·      Emergency response & anaphylaxis management

·      Additional administrative duties




We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

·      3 years of medical assisting experience in a primary care or urgent care environment required. 

·      Must have experience with phlebotomy, EKGs, POC testing and emergency response. 

·      CMA Certification and BLS Certification is required. 

·      Primary Care experience desired.

·      Must have strong customer service skills.
