Currently we are searching for a Certified Medical Assistant for a contract role with an exceptional occupational healthcare organization based out of Seattle, WA.
· Start date: ASAP
· Contract length: 14 weeks
· Schedule: Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm
· Pay: $28 to $32 an hour
· Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay
JOB DETAILS:
· CMA needed for Primary Care location. Experience with EPIC, patient rooming, referral management, phlebotomy required.
· Interviews patients, measures vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts
· Prepares treatment rooms and patients for examination
· Operates electrocardiograph (EKG) and other equipment to administer routine diagnostic tests
· Gives injections or treatments, phlebotomy, POC testing, and performs routine laboratory tests
· Schedules appointments and makes follow up phone calls to patients
· Performs administrative tasks, completes appropriate client company and OSHA regulated forms, and provides assistance at front desk

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
· Must have at least 3 years of CMA experience in a primary care, occupational health, or urgent care environment required.
· CMA Certification is required.
· Experience with EPIC, patient rooming, referral management, phlebotomy required.
· BLS or CPR certification required.
