Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support clinical operations in an on-site employer health clinic. This role is essential in assisting providers, supporting patient care, and ensuring an efficient and positive clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for exams, including vitals, medical history, and documentation
- Assist providers with procedures, treatments, and patient care
- Perform clinical tasks such as injections, EKGs, point-of-care testing, and specimen collection (within scope)
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system and support patient intake
- Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready between patients
- Support clinic flow, patient coordination, and overall operations
- Assist with front desk duties as needed based on patient volume
Qualifications
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or clinic setting preferred
- Experience with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Schedule
- Mon, Wed, Fri: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tues, Thurs: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Additional Information
