Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed, following safety protocols and regulations
  • Document medication administration accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist in monitoring resident reactions to medications and report any concerns to nursing staff
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure optimal care
  • Support residents with daily living activities when needed, promoting independence and dignity
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring all health and safety standards are met
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and their families through kindness, respect, and understanding

What We're Looking For:

  • Current CMA certification
  • Strong understanding of medication administration and regulations
  • A compassionate, patient, and selfless attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Respect for residents, families, and coworkers, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and empathy
  • Ability to provide exceptional care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and confidentiality
