United Methodist Communities is seeking compassionate CMAs & CNAs to join The Shores, our Senior Care Community located in beautiful Ocean City, NJ-recently named New Jersey's Happiest Town.

As a CMA/CNA, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents living in our memory care department by:

• Safely administering medications
• Assisting with daily care needs
• Creating a calm, respectful, and engaging environment
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and families

This is more than a job-it's purpose-driven work with a team that truly cares.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active NJ CNA certification in good standing
• NJ-approved Medication Administration Course
• Memory Care experience preferred (but not required!)
• Willingness to complete required Memory Care education
