    Certified Medication Aide (CMA) - Wellington Health and Rehab

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our dedicated team at Wellington Health and Rehab.     Responsibilities:

    • Assist the nursing staff in administering medications and treatments to our residents in accordance with established protocols and procedures

    • Monitor and record vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant information

    • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

    • Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, promoting a sense of well-being and comfort

    • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

    • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and timely communication

    Requirements:

    • Current Certified Medication Aide certification

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
