Requirements

To be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with us, you will need to meet the following requirements:

High school graduate or equivalency (GED) Physical ability to do heavy lifting A current PA Nurse Aide certificate in good standing New or seasoned aides welcome! Let us help you embrace a new or your favorite career! Successful completion of all levels of pre-employment screening, including tuberculosis testing

 

Sign-On Bonus Criteria

The sign-on bonus is only offered for candidates applying for full-time and hired on or after February 12th, 2024. The bonus will be disbursed in four payments over the course of a 1-year period (after 45 calendar days, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year mark from first date of employment). Installment amounts detailed in guidelines. Employee's continued eligibility dependent on attendance and punctuality, as defined in guidelines. Those offered a position within the last month prior to the launch of the sign-on bonus program are not eligible. Casual, temp, self-schedule, or part-time nurses or nurse aides are not eligible. Former employees only eligible if this is the second incidence of rehire and have not left in the three months prior to start of program.
