Job Description: Certified Nursing Assistant at Elkader Care Center

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as nursing home CNAs at Elkader Care Center in Elkader, IA. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents and assisting them with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Help residents with mobility and transfers
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the nursing team

Qualified candidates must have a valid CNA certification and a genuine desire to help others. Prior experience in a long-term care facility is preferred, but not required.

Requirements:
