Duration:- 8 weeks of contract with possible extension

Requirements

  • Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Previous Home Health or Hospice experience is required.
  • HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide compassionate care to hospice patients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism.
