• Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with meals and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Take and record vital signs as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Provide compassionate emotional and social support
• Follow care plans and instructions from nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
• This is a remote opportunity, must have a clean MVR

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience not required but strongly preferred
• CPR certification preferred or required
• Previous healthcare experience preferred
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
