Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team in Guilford, CT. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
• Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut HHA or CNA certification required
