We're committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance, so you can feel confident in the care you're providing.Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide to provide personal care and support services to patients in their homes. This role assists with daily living activities, supports a safe environment, and works closely with patients, caregivers, and the nursing team. Work is performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, nutrition, and mobility.
• Support safe transfers and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Report changes in patient condition to supervising RN
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Communicate respectfully and effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Use and handle durable medical equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Uphold agency policies and professional standards.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Completion of an approved training and competency Nurse Aide program.
• Current state certification as a Nurse Aide (TX), Home Health Aide (OK)
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• At least one year of experience as a Hospice Aide, Nursing Assistant, or similar role preferred.

Work EnvironmentCare provided in patient homes under varying conditions.Exposure to infectious diseases, blood, and bodily fluids possible.Requires local travel and ability to work a flexible schedule.May involve prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
