A CNA certification is required, or you should be willing to obtain one within four months of starting. Proficiency in patient care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is crucial, as you will be directly involved in ensuring residents' comfort and well-being. You should be familiar with vital signs monitoring and infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment for our residents. While CPR certification is preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital in building trust and rapport with residents and colleagues alike.Being dependable and a team player is also essential, as you'll work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and health care professionals to provide the best possible care.
