What You'll Do
- Respond to call lights and assist residents promptly
- Support daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals
- Turn and reposition residents to maintain comfort and safety
- Monitor and document intake/output as needed
- Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Build positive, respectful relationships with residents
What You'll Bring
- Active CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, patient-focused mindset
- Willingness to follow state and federal care guidelines
