    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

    All Shifts Available: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

    We are currently accepting applications for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team within our long-term care and rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatric care.

    We are seeking dependable, compassionate CNAs who take pride in providing quality care and creating a positive experience for our residents. Candidates should demonstrate accountability, flexibility, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work as part of a team.

    Available Shifts

    • 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
    • 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
    • 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

    Qualifications

    • Current CNA certification required
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Must successfully pass background check and drug screen
    • Long-term care experience preferred but not required
    • Dependable with strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Compassionate and comfortable working with geriatric residents

    Essential Job Functions

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to each resident’s individualized plan of care
    • Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other personal care needs
    • Taking and documenting vital signs as directed
    • Completing electronic documentation of care and services provided
    • Observing residents and promptly reporting changes in condition or behavior to the nurse
    • Assisting with transfers, positioning, and mobility while following proper safety procedures
    • Communicating effectively with nurses, coworkers, residents, and families
    • Helping maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents
    • Providing compassionate, resident-centered care while maintaining dignity and privacy
