Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are currently accepting applications for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team within our long-term care and rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatric care.
We are seeking dependable, compassionate CNAs who take pride in providing quality care and creating a positive experience for our residents. Candidates should demonstrate accountability, flexibility, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Qualifications
- Current CNA certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must successfully pass background check and drug screen
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Dependable with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and comfortable working with geriatric residents
Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to each resident’s individualized plan of care
- Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other personal care needs
- Taking and documenting vital signs as directed
- Completing electronic documentation of care and services provided
- Observing residents and promptly reporting changes in condition or behavior to the nurse
- Assisting with transfers, positioning, and mobility while following proper safety procedures
- Communicating effectively with nurses, coworkers, residents, and families
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents
- Providing compassionate, resident-centered care while maintaining dignity and privacy
