1st and 2nd Shift Openings
Madison Manor is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for Full-Time positions on 1st Shift (7:00am-3:00pm) and 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:00 PM) in our Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatric care.
This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who are dependable, flexible, and committed to providing excellent care to our residents. A positive attitude and the ability to work well with residents, families, and team members are essential.

Additional Pay Incentives:
• $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift
• Additional $2.00/hour for Saturday and Sunday both shifts

Qualifications
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassion and dedication to caring for the elderly
Essential Job Responsibilities
• Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care according to each resident’s individualized plan of care
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Accurately document ADLs and care provided in the electronic system
• Assist with vital signs and daily care needs while promoting resident comfort and dignity
