Certified Nurse Assistant

Location: Boca Raton, FL
Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Day and Night Shifts Available
Work Setting: Private Home Care | One-on-One Care

We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced CNAs to join our growing home care team in Boca Raton, FL.

Our caregivers provide one-on-one care in private home settings, allowing you to focus on building meaningful relationships with clients while supporting their comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being.

We currently have full-time opportunities available for both day and night shifts.

As a caregiver, you may be responsible for:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals according to the client's needs and preferences
• Providing medication reminders as permitted
• Performing light housekeeping related to client care, including laundry and maintaining the client's immediate living area
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition or needs
• Following individualized care plans
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and the care team
• Maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment

Required:

• Valid Florida CNA license
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependability and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and follow an established care plan

Preferred but not required:

• Current CPR certification
• Previous experience providing one-on-one care in a private home setting
