Company: Nonprofit, integrated regional health system serving an eight-county region in Northwest Ohio Over 4,000 patients served daily One of only 45 members of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, giving physicians access to Mayo Clinic specialist consults at no cost to patients Established, high-volume OB practice with experienced providers across two clinic locations 24/7 in-house OB hospitalist and pediatric hospitalist services Level II Special Care Nursery (32+ weeks) Strong administrative and operational support Compensation: Base salary: $140,000$145,000 (includes 200 hours vacation/CME) wRVU productivity bonus: $26.00 per wRVU, no cap Signing bonus: $5,000 CME/board certification allowance: $3,500 Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match starting year 2 Relocation and productivity bonuses offered Job/Practice Description: Certified Nurse Midwife Practice across two clinic locations in Findlay and Bluffton Weekday schedule: two 8-hour clinic days plus one 24-hour call day, with OB hospitalist support Weekend call: 1:4 rotation (Friday/Saturday) Deliveries take place at a hospital located off I-75, about 45 minutes south of Toledo Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations valued Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative, team-based model Flexible scheduling and supportive practice environment Requirements: Current certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) Minimum of 2 years of CNM experience preferred Location offers: Findlay, Ohio top-ranked micropolitan area, just south of Lake Erie Affordable cost of living, top-rated schools, and family-friendly neighborhoods Vibrant downtown with restaurants, breweries, boutique shops, and community events Prime location with convenient access to I-75, 40 minutes south of Toledo, near major airports FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT: Katie Patterson
