Join Our Team as a Certified Nurse Midwife – Make a Difference in Women’s Health!

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic healthcare team, supporting women through various stages of their reproductive health journey. What You’ll Do:
  • Provide outpatient midwifery care, including screening, counseling, and care management for both high-risk and low-risk obstetric patients.
  • Perform dating ultrasounds, newborn care, and closely monitor patient progress within a supportive clinic setting.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
  • Ensure timely chart documentation and adherence to agency policies.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in outpatient women’s health, with proficiency in dating ultrasounds and managing both high- and low-risk OB patients.
  • Strong clinical skills in newborn care and patient counseling.
  • Ability to complete chart closure within 72 hours.
  • Experience with EPIC electronic health records preferred.
  • Active DEA license required prior to start date.
  • Commitment to maintaining thorough documentation and meeting credentialing timelines.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with high-risk obstetrics beyond standard care.
  • Familiarity with women's health NP roles and high-risk OB management.
  • Previous experience working in outpatient clinics and with electronic health systems.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Certification as a Nurse Midwife (CNM) with valid licensure.
  • 3 or more years of recent outpatient women’s health experience, including high- and low-risk OB patient care.

Other Requirements:
  • Immunizations: Flu shot, TB test/x-ray (within 90 days), MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, and Tdap immunizations.
  • Successful completion of credentialing, which typically takes 30-90 days.
  • Three peer references from current or recent supervisors or colleagues familiar with your skills.
  • Ability to provide work history with specific months and dates, including all employment gaps.
  • Willingness to adhere to a 30-day notice for ending assignments and to meet expense and credentialing guidelines.
